After the purchase of services, PTW is unable to provide writing services without the information requested. This usually includes a copy of your existing resume or other documents with details about your employment history. This information must be submitted in writing. The required information can be provided by completing the questionnaire at the link sent in the service confirmation email. You can also submit requested information by email (resumes @ preparedtowin [dot] com).
In the event that you do not provide the information required, your file will be maintained for a period of one year (365 days). This will allow an abundance of time to submit the information requested. Beyond the one year mark, payments made will be forfeited.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
